    🧭 Purpose

Agorik is built on the wisdom, experience, and real-world insights of Agile practitioners, product leaders, transformation coaches, and system thinkers. This policy outlines our position on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in content contributions and publishing.

    🧱 Core Principle

Agorik exists to surface real practice—not AI hallucination.

We do not accept content that is primarily or entirely generated by AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, etc.). All contributions must reflect the personal, direct, or team-based experiences of the author.

    ✅ What We Accept

    • Content written by humans based on real-world application, experimentation, or implementation.

    • Thought pieces grounded in Agile coaching, delivery, and product experience.

    • Templates, models, and case studies authored or co-authored by contributors with clear contextual relevance.

    • Articles that may use AI for light editing or formatting—but where core content, insight, and framing is original and authored by a human.

    ❌ What We Reject

    • Articles majority-generated by AI, especially those with no firsthand Agile delivery context.

    • "Listicles," recycled prompt outputs, or summaries lifted from public AI queries.

    • Contributions where AI outputs are passed off as personal expertise.

    • Submissions with insufficient evidence of real-world relevance or narrative.

    🎯 Why This Policy Exists

Agorik is designed to be trustworthy. Our model cites contributors in every applicable answer. If we allowed AI-generated content to dominate, we would erode the legitimacy of the attribution system and devalue the human learning behind each insight.

    🔍 Our Review Process

    All contributions are reviewed for:

    • Authenticity of narrative

    • Depth of insight grounded in real-world Agile work

    • Evidence of lived experience, reflection, or experimentation

    • Signs of AI-generated structure or phrasing

When AI involvement is suspected, we may request the contributor to verify their submission origin and rewrite accordingly.

🙌 How You Can Use AI (Responsibly)

We understand that AI can assist in:

    • Improving grammar and tone

    • Structuring complex narratives

    • Summarizing multi-faceted reflections

You may use AI in support of your writing process, but not to replace it.

  • Every submission is reviewed by domain experts. If your content meets practical, real-world value criteria, it will be integrated into AgileGPT's knowledge base—where it powers real conversations with Agile teams worldwide.

  • Absolutely. You can choose to be credited by name, include a URL to your site or portfolio, and be featured in answers, newsletters, and release updates. Recognition is embedded in how AgileGPT works.

  • If you’ve ever solved a tough Agile challenge, shared a coaching insight, or built a framework others found useful—this is your chance to amplify that impact across the global Agile community. One 5-minute contribution could help hundreds of teams.
